The Reason
Exceptional charities around the world provide struggling children with the essentials to live - food, shelter, warmth. They elevate these children out of suffering to a basic level of survival. Other charities work diligently to help arm children with support to get them on a level playing field with their peers - education, mentorship, community - some of the essentials to participate in the modern world.
At FIRA, we believe that the work of care should not stop there.
The Spark
A young girl long had a dream to work with neglected children around the world. Compassion for others & bestowing dignity are her first language. FIRA was sparked into being when her passion intersected with one man's legacy of service to refugee children in Azerbaijan.
